A The simple answer is that
it depends. Some manufacturers are saying now that their cars
can go 20,000 miles before it needs a service. However, we feel
that 10,000 miles or 12 months is a more sensible figure.

I have to wait until my MOT expires before being re-tested.

can be done any time one month prior to the test date. If the
car passes the MOT, the new MOT date will be after the old one
has run out.

do I have to pay for repairs?

A If an account
has been set-up, payment is due on the 20th of the Monthfollowing
the invoice date. If no account has been set-up, then the payment
is due on collection of the vehicle by credit card or cash.
